Watch the animation:

Step 1: Find your weight in the column on the
left.

Step 2: Move to the right along the row with
your weight until you are in the box under your waist size.

Step 3: The first number in the box is your
percentage body fat.
The second number is your pounds of fat.
The third number is your pounds of Lean Body Mass (LBM).
The fourth number is your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).
